Soryu Winery in Yamanashi Prefecture has unveiled its new storage facility, "Budobashi Cellar," to the media for the first time! Mr. Suzuki, the president, guided us inside this massive cellar, which was completed in March 2021. In addition, their vineyard where Koshu is cultivated using trellis training is also being revealed for the first time.
