Pairing is a technique every wine fan will want to know.
Vinoteras Wine School will launch a course on the fundamental theory of pairing in January 2026.
It is a valuable opportunity to learn skills that can broaden the enjoyment of wine.
Here are the details.
About the Fundamental Theory of Pairing
Vinoteras Wine School’s pairing fundamentals course can be applied to all kinds of dishes, whether at the family table or in a restaurant.
The wine-pairing course is taught by Seju Yang.
The fundamental theory is divided into a first and second part, and a discounted package covering both sessions is also available.
Why the Fundamentals Matter
Just as you first learn the notes before playing the piano, the course explains that basic knowledge is the starting point for understanding pairing.
Memorizing one-way matches such as “this wine with this dish” or “this dish with this wine” can be useful, but once you understand the fundamentals, you can apply them flexibly to all kinds of food-and-wine combinations.
The course explains the theory carefully while allowing participants to experience it in practice.
It is designed to be approachable, so why not sign up?
