St. Cousair Releases 2025 “Niagara Blanc” and “Nagano Ryugan” on April 28

On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, St. Cousair Co., Ltd. will release “Niagara Blanc” and “Nagano Ryugan.”

Both wines are made from grapes harvested in 2025.

About Niagara Blanc 2025

Niagara Blanc 2025 is a sweet white wine made from Hokkaido-grown Niagara grapes, balancing gentle sweetness with refreshing acidity.

With a light 9% alcohol level, it is approachable for people new to wine. Niagara's floral aroma and a faint sparkle add to its freshness.

About Nagano Ryugan 2025

Nagano Ryugan 2025 is a white wine made from a delicate, understated Japanese grape variety that St. Cousair has worked with since 2003.

Slow, low-temperature fermentation gives it gentle, elegant aromas reminiscent of pear and white flowers.

Its restrained sweetness and refreshing acidity create nuances reminiscent of sake, making it a good match for Japanese cuisine and other delicate dishes.

Both are wines with a fresh, lively profile.
