On Saturday, August 29, 2026, St. Cousair Winery Restaurant will hold “Opera Dinner — A Summer Finale of Voice and Cuisine.”
It will be a luxurious evening of opera and food accompanied by St. Cousair’s own wines.
About the Opera Dinner
The one-night-only event offers a relaxed way to enjoy live performances of famous opera pieces by musicians with ties to Nagano Prefecture together with a limited course menu.
It was planned to provide “an experience of authentic art in Nagano without having to go to an opera house.” Against a beautiful evening view overlooking the vineyards, guests can enjoy a sophisticated night with St. Cousair wines and cuisine.

Dessert: Moonlit Aria — Opera-Style Panna Cotta
