On Thursday, February 26, Manns Wine will hold a maker's dinner at the Japanese restaurant GINZA KUKI.
The event will focus on the themes of fermentation and aging.
Here are the details.
About the Maker's Dinner
GINZA KUKI is a Japanese restaurant operated by Hikari Hakko Jiyo Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hikari Miso Co., Ltd.
For this maker's dinner, fermented seasonings such as miso and hishio will form the core of the cuisine, drawing out the umami of ingredients over time. Paired with Manns Wine, which continues to make wine rooted in Japan's climate and land, the collaboration aims to present new possibilities for the layered flavors created through fermentation.
