Risonare Yatsugatake will hold the “Kisvin Winery Maker’s Dinner in Risonare Yatsugatake OTTO SETTE.”
Beginning March 8, 2026, the one-night, two-day program includes a special dinner created to pair with Kisvin Winery wines.
Here are the details.
About the Program
Kisvin Winery is an emerging producer that began winemaking in 2013.
The event will welcome head winemaker Mayu Saito and offer a program built specifically around the winery.
Program Flow
The experience includes:
• Tour of Kisvin Winery’s vineyards and winery
• One-night-only special dinner at OTTO SETTE
• Premium wine lineup at Yatsugatake Wine House
First, guests will tour Kisvin Winery’s vineyards and production facility, normally closed to the general public, guided by head winemaker Mayu Saito.
Dinner will take place at Risonare Yatsugatake’s main dining restaurant OTTO SETTE, with a one-night-only course designed around Kisvin Winery wines.
In OTTO SETTE’s space inspired by a wine cave, guests can enjoy pairings created for the evening while listening to Saito speak about the wines.
At Yatsugatake Wine House, guests can also choose from 24 paid tastings selected from wineries in Yamanashi, one of Japan’s leading wine regions.
It is a premium evening for Japanese-wine fans.
