PATTERN PLANNING Co., Ltd. has begun taking pre-orders for “Hokkaido TEA Wine Grape Leaf Tea 2025,” a tea made from wine-grape leaves.
This year's edition is being produced together with seven wineries.
Here are the details.
About Hokkaido TEA
Hokkaido TEA is a non-alcoholic tea designed to be enjoyed like wine. Development began after a casual conversation with wine-grape growers about whether grape leaves that would otherwise simply be returned to the soil could be put to use.
Its four key points are:
・Tea made from wine-grape leaves
・Sustainable ingredients
・Non-alcoholic and caffeine-free
・Flavor explored through oxidative fermentation
The series began with the 2020 vintage, and seven wineries are participating in 2025.

The wineries supplying ingredients for Hokkaido TEA are:
- Noborin Farm in Yoichi (Mongaku Valley Winery)
- Domaine Takahiko
- Jiki
- Yamadado
- Domaine Bless
- Niseko Winery
- Lalala Farm
Each tea is finished with a distinct character, making the lineup especially unique.
