A proprietary bouillon or broth prepared daily in a large pot is used as the base for every dish.
The kitchen pursues layered flavors built around umami.
＜Hitokufu (a playful sense of surprise)＞
Traditional Italian and bistro dishes are given an extra twist with Japanese, Chinese and ethnic elements.
A slight sense of surprise is added to familiar dishes to create memorable plates.
Unlimited Wine Is the Key Feature
A major feature of Choitto Concept is unlimited access to wines made at the company’s own wineries.
A rotating lineup always includes multiple red, white, rosé and sparkling wines produced at Fukagawa Winery Tokyo, Shibuya Winery Tokyo and Osaka Airport Winery.
Remarkably, guests can enjoy wine for ¥990 including tax per hour, regardless of the time of day.
