What is it that is engraved in our DNA, having been born as Japanese—and as Asian people?
We hope to unravel that answer by making wine.
As we till the soil and grow grapes, we physically feel the wind, scent, light, sound and heat.
Here in Akayu, Nanyo City, we feel all of them.
We want to convey the gratitude and happiness of walking alongside wine.
