The event will offer rare wines from Yoichi, Hokkaido, paired with a special course by Blue Note Japan Executive Chef Yoshihisa Nagasawa.

About “YOICHI Wine × BNP Spring Session”
“YOICHI Wine × BNP Spring Session” is an event held at BLUE NOTE PLACE, a new dining concept operated by Blue Note Japan.
In collaboration with the town of Yoichi and participating wineries, a coveted lineup for wine lovers will feature wines from Domaine Takahiko, Mongaku Valley Winery, Hasegawa Vineyard, LOWBROW CRAFT, Jiki, and Yoka Winery.
Rare bottles from six distinctive producers—ranging from an internationally popular domaine representing Yoichi to exciting emerging winemakers attracting attention in Japan and overseas—are scheduled to be served.
About the Pairing Menu
The pairing menu was created by Blue Note Group Executive Chef Yoshihisa Nagasawa, who visited Yoichi and was captivated by the wines, the passion of the producers, and their individuality.
