The Wine Brewing Academy is a practical program organized by Swimee Japan Co., Ltd. that teaches everything from basic wine theory to actual production processes in a consistent curriculum.
Using the facilities of an urban winery and combining classroom lectures with hands-on training, the program allows beginners to deepen their understanding of winemaking step by step.
