Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and the Japan Winery Award Council will hold a variety of events in Marunouchi where visitors can learn about, drink and support Japanese wine.
The program runs for one week from Monday, October 27 through Friday, October 31, surrounding “Kanpai with Japanese Wine Day®” on October 30.

About “Marunouchi Kanpai with Japanese Wine Day® & Weeks 2025”
“Marunouchi Kanpai with Japanese Wine Day® & Weeks 2025” is an event for learning about, drinking and supporting Japanese wine.
On the opening day, Monday, October 27, the “Marunouchi Kanpai with Japanese Wine Day® Event” will bring together Japanese wine producers, relevant government ministries and agencies, local governments and industry representatives, followed by a support ceremony and tasting event at the Marunouchi Building.
From the following day, a range of salons for learning about and enjoying Japanese wine, as well as special Japanese wine sales events, are scheduled.
About the Program
Part 1 of the “Marunouchi Kanpai with Japanese Wine Day® Event,” the support ceremony, will gather Japanese wine producers, government ministries and agencies, local governments and industry representatives. Following greetings from organizers and guests, a talk session is planned with three up-and-coming wineries that won the JAL Award at the 8th Japan Winery Award® in June.
This year, appealing young growers and winemakers from wineries that are increasingly becoming anchors of regional revitalization will take the stage.
Three salons for learning about and enjoying Japanese wine are also planned from the following day.

On Friday, October 31, a special Japanese wine sale will also be held at the Maruchika special sales area on B1 of the Marunouchi Building, so be sure to check that out as well.
