On Sunday, June 1, 2025, Tokyo Dome Hotel will release a limited quantity of its original wine “Vingt cinq.”
The wine was created to commemorate the hotel's 25th anniversary.

About “Vingt cinq”
“Vingt cinq” is an original wine created by Tokyo Dome Hotel, which celebrates its 25th anniversary on June 1, 2025.
The hotel decided to create its first original wine in search of a unique form of hospitality for its loyal guests.
The wine was made by Domaine KOSEI in the Kataoka district of Shiojiri, Nagano Prefecture.
Domaine KOSEI is Japan's only winery offering wine through a primeur sales system. Tokyo Dome Hotel sommeliers tasted 2023 Shiojiri Merlot wines aging in barrel and selected wines of different styles.
What Is in the Bottle
In September 2024, the sommeliers tasted 2023 primeur wines still aging in barrel, focusing on acidity and lingering fruit character, and selected two barrels.
The wines continued to mature in barrel before being bottled in spring 2025 to complete the original Merlot.
Made at a winery devoted exclusively to Merlot, the finished wine is said to offer distinctive depth and a vivid sense of the grape itself.
The 25th anniversary original wine “Vingt cinq” is scheduled to be served at various facilities within Tokyo Dome City.
From Sunday, June 1 through Sunday, August 31, 2025, anniversary pricing will be ¥9,000 per bottle and ¥1,500 per glass.
