On Friday, December 5, 2025, Tomi City and the Shinshu Tomi Tourism Association will hold a “Tomi Winery Hopping” monitor tour.
The program is a monitor tour for travel-industry professionals in Tomi, an increasingly recognized wine-producing region.

“Tomi Winery Hopping” monitor tour
The “Tomi Winery Hopping” monitor tour is organized by Tomi City and the Shinshu Tomi Tourism Association to give travel-industry professionals a firsthand experience of Tomi’s appeal as a notable wine region.
The tour aims to promote the development of destination-based travel products that combine local wineries, gastronomy, and cultural resources in Tomi, a core area of the Chikuma River Wine Valley. It is intended for travel companies, OTAs, group-tour planners, inbound-tourism staff, and other travel-industry professionals, and will broadly introduce the possibilities for wine tourism in Tomi through an on-site program.

★ Visits to a diverse range of wineries and related facilities
★ “Marriage experiences” pairing wine with local resources
The itinerary is expected to include Villa d’Est Gardenfarm and Winery, Arc-en-Vigne, Rue de Vin, Nora Nora Farm & Winery, and the Kodama Residence.
The Shinshu Tomi Tourism Association and Tomi City aim to work with local wineries and tourism businesses, as well as with travel companies, to develop destination-based travel products that make maximum use of the city’s appeal.
