Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba Launches “Private Wine Vintage 2025” from April 1

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will begin selling its 2025-vintage private wines on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Made with the cooperation of Fukagawa Winery, a winery based in Tokyo, the release focuses on the increasingly popular orange-wine category.

Here are the details.

About Private Wine Vintage 2025

Private Wine Vintage 2025 was created by Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba with the cooperation of Fukagawa Winery.

The hotel has sold its own private-label wine since 2017, and this is the eighth vintage.

This year’s theme is orange wine, with two unfiltered wines prepared.

The Two Wines

Niagara 2025 Orange Sparkling, Unfiltered

A lightly sparkling orange wine made from Niagara grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture. Secondary fermentation in bottle creates delicate bubbles, complemented by Niagara’s distinctive floral aroma.

The wine combines fruit with a light savory quality for a refreshing drinking experience.

Restaurant and room-service price:
Bottle ¥9,500

Takeout price:
¥7,000 at Bakery & Pastry Shop

Delaware 2025 Orange Wine, Unfiltered

Made from Delaware grapes grown in Yamagata and Yamanashi prefectures.

Fermentation with skins and seeds adds moderate tannin and depth alongside fruity aromas, making this orange wine versatile with many dishes.
