Cave de Relax Co., Ltd. will begin accepting applications on December 1 for THE CELLAR original wines created with Toru Takamatsu.
The wines will be newly offered as return gifts for Yoichi Town’s hometown tax donation program.
Here are the details.
THE CELLAR’s First Original Wines
Toru Takamatsu serves as an ambassador for Cave de Relax Co., Ltd.
With his cooperation, THE CELLAR will release its first original wines, “Yoichi Blanc” and “Yoichi Rouge,” as return gifts for Yoichi Town’s hometown tax donation program.
About the Wines
The wines offered as return gifts are made from Kerner and Pinot Noir grapes grown by Aki Farm, a grape grower in Yoichi Town.
Winemaking was handled by Toru Takamatsu, who completed four years of training at Domaine Takahiko and is now a member of its staff.
Born from a collaboration within Yoichi Town, the wines are said to express the character of each grape variety while offering the gentle fruitiness and savory depth imparted by the local terroir.
Donations will be accepted from noon on Monday, December 1, 2025.
Be sure to check them out.
