“Koshu Polarello” is a gentle white wine with modest alcohol.
White snow drifts softly around white polar bears, with a cub playing innocently on the ice while its parent watches over it.
The wine was created to evoke that scene, both cool and warm at the same time.
It offers soft fruit aromas of white peach and Japanese pear, a gentle mouthfeel with light sweetness and modest alcohol, plus delicate bubbles and a refreshing character best enjoyed well chilled.
