About “Solaris Harmony — A Poem of Sound, Wind and Grapes”
“Solaris Harmony — A Poem of Sound, Wind and Grapes” is a special lunch event created through a collaboration between Manns Wine and renowned Karuizawa restaurant Ristorante Kobayashi.
For this second edition, Tomohiro Sato, owner of Karuizawa’s Jitsugetsu Tachimori, will give a sushi demonstration.
Guests can also enjoy the expressive singing of Kentaro Ryuko and a piano performance by Emi Miyashita, a pianist based in Ueda City.
Program
On the day, Ristorante Kobayashi will serve a special course created for the event, paired with wines selected by Manns Wine representative Shimazaki.
