On Friday, October 24, 2025, Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. will release two nouveau wines and two grape juices at liquor retailers and restaurants nationwide.
They are the first Kobe Wine nouveau and grape juices produced by Hakutsuru.

Hakutsuru-Brewed Nouveau Wines and Grape Juices
The newly released wines and juices are Hakutsuru’s first products following the transfer of the business.
In addition to liquor retailers and restaurants nationwide, the products will be sold through the official online store, the Agri Shop at Kobe Agri Park, and Hakutsuru-operated stores.
This year brought little rain and favorable conditions for grapes, resulting in a good harvest and expectations for high-quality wine.
The company hopes consumers will enjoy these carefully made seasonal flavors available only at this time of year.
Products
Hakutsuru’s first newly brewed wines are Kobe Wine Nouveau Kobe Minori Red and Kobe Wine Nouveau Kobe Minori White.
Kobe Wine Nouveau Kobe Minori Red is made from 100% Kobe-grown Merlot and features lively aromas of cherry, cassis, and berries, with soft tannins and a pleasant finish.
Kobe Wine Nouveau Kobe Minori White is made with Kobe-grown Chardonnay, Riesling, and Shinano Riesling. It offers rich aromas of pineapple, white flowers and honey, with fresh fruit flavors shaped by a balance of refreshing acidity and sweetness.
The Kobe Wine juice range includes Kobe Cabernet Sauvignon Juice and Kobe Chardonnay Juice.
