Chocolate Made with Mars Hosaka Winery Wine
The event will also feature chocolate that Japanese-wine fans can enjoy.
SILSMARIA fresh chocolate is made with “Hosaka Hinojo Cabernet & Merlot Late Harvest,” a premium red wine designed for long aging and produced at Mars Hosaka Winery in Hosaka, Nirasaki, Yamanashi Prefecture.
The wine uses late-harvest grapes from the winery’s own vineyard, picked after reaching full ripeness.
It is said to maximize fruitiness and concentration, combining rich blackberry and cassis aromas with deep oak-derived nuances.
Depth from aging and well-judged acidity layer beautifully with white and ruby chocolate, creating a refined flavor that fills the mouth.
Why not pick some up while you have the chance?
