On February 15, 2025, La Boucherie et Vin, operated by Dynac Corporation, will hold a one-night maker's dinner titled “A Marriage of Japanese Wine and Game.”
The special dinner will pair Japanese wines made by Suntory with game dishes.
Here are the details.
About the maker's dinner
The event will be held at La Boucherie et Vin, which partners with Shinshu Fujimi Kogen Farm, a company certified under Japan's domestic game certification system. The restaurant is also a supporting member of the Japan Gibier Promotion Association, which works to create safe and reliable distribution of wild game and address wildlife damage to agricultural crops.
The dinner course will feature carefully selected ingredients including domestic venison, wild boar, pheasant, and Mt. Fuji salmon, served with wines made by Suntory in regions across Japan.
A luxurious collaboration with Japanese wine
On the day of the event, Noriyuki Matsumoto of Suntory will appear as guest sommelier and explain not only the depth of Japanese wine but also how the wines pair with game dishes.
The wine list is as follows.
・Sparkling: Koshu Sparkling
