From June 26 through September 2, 2026, OTTO SETTE, the main dining room at Risonare Yatsugatake, will offer a limited-time dinner course showcasing Yamanashi’s summer bounty: peaches and colorful summer vegetables.
Guests can also enjoy pairings with Yamanashi wines.
About the Summer-Only Dinner Course
OTTO SETTE’s summer dinner course highlights Yamanashi peaches and a colorful variety of summer vegetables.
The restaurant’s concept is “Vino e Verdura,” Italian for “wine and vegetables.”
The seasonal Italian menu makes generous use of peaches, for which Yamanashi ranks first in Japan by production volume, along with summer vegetables carefully selected by the chef.
Guests can also enjoy a pairing course in which the sommelier selects wines from a collection of 500 labels and 2,000 bottles to match each dish.
Pairing Suggestion
One example from the dinner course is a pairing proposed by a sommelier deeply familiar with local wines.
・“Cold Capellini with Peach and Tomato” × “Passerelle Blanc 2024”
The cold capellini, which highlights the flavor of peach, is paired with “Passerelle Blanc 2024.”
The wine’s full aroma reminiscent of white peach and its rich flavor complement the gentle sweetness of the peach and tomato.
