On Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28, 2025, Ba & Co. and Yamanashi Prefecture will hold the one-day “Osekkai Management Retreat” program.
A networking session featuring Yamanashi wine will also be included.

About the “Osekkai Management Retreat”
The Osekkai Management Retreat is a one-day program organized by Ba & Co. and Yamanashi Prefecture to support management retreats in Yamanashi for startups from across Japan.
The program supports participating companies by selecting meeting spaces within the prefecture according to their needs and arranging opportunities to interact with local companies.
Yamanashi Prefecture will subsidize transportation expenses up to ¥8,000 per participant.
The subsidy is available for up to three people per company.
A networking session with Yamanashi wine
The program includes the following:
1. Tour of a support hub and introduction to startup support programs
2. Discussion with relevant stakeholders
3. Opportunities to interact with people involved in startups in Yamanashi Prefecture
4. Internal company meeting time
The retreat will conclude with a networking event where participants will be welcomed by people from Yamanashi over local wine and food.

Participation fee
Free, including networking-event participation and meeting-space use
Transportation expenses subsidized up to ¥8,000 per person, maximum three people per company
