Osako Sato Vineyard has launched limited advance sales on the support-purchase platform Makuake for its 2025 Japanese vintage wines, grown in the cool climate of Osako, Iwate.
Only 100 special sets are available in advance.
About the Project
For this project, Osako Sato Vineyard is offering four special sets centered on the lightly sparkling rosé “Yama no Pétillant Rosé 2025,” combined with red wine, white wine and dried grapes. A total of only 100 sets are available.
The wines are produced in Osako, a grape-growing region recognized internationally. A producer with an engineering background uses weather data and growth records to practice precision viticulture, expressing the character of the year, the place and the grapes in fully Japan-grown wines.
About “Yama no Pétillant Rosé 2025”
The centerpiece of the sets is “Yama no Pétillant Rosé 2025.”
It is a lightly sparkling wine based on Zweigelt rosé, with Merlot juice added and a secondary fermentation carried out in bottle.
Four advance-sale sets combine this wine with red wine, white wine and dried grapes.
