About Restaurant in the Vineyard
“Restaurant in the Vineyard” is a one-day-only special restaurant held at wineries and vineyards in Hokkaido.
The event began four years ago with the aim of letting guests experience Hokkaido’s autumn with all five senses. It has been well received every year, offering Hokkaido wines and special dishes made mainly with local ingredients in front of the vineyards.
About the Cuisine
At this edition of “Restaurant in the Vineyard,” NIKI Hills Winery will provide the wine and a special course menu.
On the day, Naoki Nagai, chef of NIKI Hills Winery’s restaurant “Aperçu,” who honed his skills at the renowned French restaurant Chambord in Osaka, will serve French cuisine inspired by Hokkaido’s land and season.
The participation fee is ¥28,000 per person, including departure from and return to Sapporo, and applications open at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28.
