Farmers Market in Aoyama, Tokyo will host “Everything Is Made Through Fermentation” over two days, November 29–30.
Natural Wine Love, where visitors can also enjoy domestically produced wine, will be held at the same time.
Here are the details.
About “Everything Is Made Through Fermentation”
“Everything Is Made Through Fermentation” brings together carefully selected foods and ingredients such as bread, cheese, miso, amazake, beer and seasonings, along with goods and fermentation-themed workshop content.
It is the market’s first event focused specifically on fermentation.
Natural Wine Love Held Simultaneously
A diverse range of fermentation-related vendors are scheduled to participate.
Farmers Market has also jointly developed a one-day-only fermented lunch box with Chef Kazuya Iguchi of modern French restaurant TOUMIN in Nishiazabu, incorporating some ingredients from participating vendors.
The boxes will be sold in limited quantities from a food cart.
Natural Wine Love will take place on the same dates, bringing together primarily domestic wineries along with importers.
Fermentation fans and natural wine lovers should consider stopping by.
