From June 26 through September 3, 2025, OTTO SETTE, the main dining restaurant at RISONARE Yatsugatake, will offer a limited summer dinner course featuring Yamanashi’s summer bounty of peaches and vegetables ripened under the summer sun.
Guests can also enjoy pairings from a cellar of about 500 labels and 2,000 bottles of wines from Yamanashi and Italy.

About the limited summer dinner course
The summer-only dinner course at OTTO SETTE showcases Yamanashi’s summer bounty, especially peaches and summer vegetables.
The restaurant will serve Italian cuisine unique to the region, using peaches representative of Yamanashi’s summer flavors and carefully selected summer vegetables chosen by the chef.
Dishes include chilled capellini with tomato and peach, and steamed char with zucchini blossoms.
About the wine pairings
At OTTO SETTE, guests can enjoy pairings proposed by sommeliers who know the local wines in depth.
The restaurant has about 500 labels and 2,000 bottles of wines from Yamanashi and Italy. One particular recommendation is wine from Domaine Mie Ikeno, a partner since 2006.
Made only from estate-grown grapes and with winemaking methods that work with rather than against nature, the wines are said to capture the natural character of Yatsugatake.
The summer dinner course is ¥18,000 per person, the wine-pairing course is ¥9,500, and the non-alcoholic pairing is ¥5,500, all including tax and service charge.
