For three days from Friday, September 12 through Sunday, September 14, 2025, luxury mountain resort Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO will host “Masters of Food & Wine 2025.”
Carefully selected Hokkaido wines are also expected to be served.

About “Masters of Food & Wine 2025”
“Masters of Food & Wine 2025” is an event for gourmands and travelers from around the world, held at Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO, a luxury mountain resort in a spectacular setting overlooking Mt. Yotei and Niseko Annupuri.
It is a signature program presented at Park Hyatt hotels around the world, known as a series of gastronomic events in which award-winning chefs, sommeliers and food experts turn seasonal flavors and local food culture into refined experiences.
Following the 2024 event at Park Hyatt Jakarta, this year’s edition will take place as a three-day gourmet festival set against the nature and food culture of Niseko, Hokkaido.
Hokkaido Wines Will Also Be Served
A variety of events are planned during the festival.
At “Savoring Local Flavors: Wine & Food Tasting” on Friday, September 12, Chief Sommelier Guido Biotti will introduce pairings of representative Hokkaido wines and foods.
Four carefully selected wines from Yoichi-based Camel Farm Winery are planned to be paired with cheeses from Cheese Kobo Takara in nearby Kimobetsu and charcuterie from Saccam Setana by a Michelin chef.
To conclude the evening, Denis Kuipers, executive chef of Le Pristine Tokyo at Hotel Toranomon Hills, is expected to prepare special one-night-only canapés using Hokkaido ingredients.
Other events of particular interest to Japanese wine fans include “Michelin Feast: Molière × Hirakawa Winery.”
The program also includes the aesthetics of Japanese cuisine, an “ohoro GIN” special cocktail night, a fusion of Paris and Niseko, and a Nikka distillery tour with rare tastings.
