“Mori no Lakeside Bar 2026” is being held at nagano forest village, operated by eternal story Co., Ltd., a group company of Goei Co., Ltd.
With extreme summer heat continuing across Japan and growing interest in travel and outings for cooler weather, the event proposes a refreshing way to enjoy summer by making the most of the natural environment of Iizuna Kogen, located at an elevation of about 1,000 meters.
Enjoy Shinshu Wine Too!
The event offers a wide selection of limited-time dishes and drinks featuring seasonal flavors from Shinshu.
During the day, visitors can enjoy summer-only refreshments such as “Forest Fruit Cider,” made generously with seasonal fruit, as well as shaved ice.
In the evening, fruity cocktails made with Shinshu wine and craft beers produced around the prefecture are available.
The drink lineup also includes the “Nagarosé Peach Cocktail,” made with Nagano City rosé wine “Nagarosé,” and the “Shinshu Fruit Spritzer,” featuring Ryugan grapes from Aritabi Winery, offering a taste of Shinshu’s climate and fruit.
