For three days from Monday, June 15 through Wednesday, June 17, 2026, Hotel Winery Hill in Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture, will hold a dinner event titled “Chopsticks and Glasses Marriage.”
The event is designed as a relaxed way to enjoy Japanese cuisine together with Izu wines.
About “Chopsticks and Glasses Marriage”
“Chopsticks and Glasses Marriage” is a unique dinner event held at Hotel Winery Hill.
Based on the concept of “enjoying wine casually, without being bound by convention or formality,” guests can enjoy pairings of eight dishes featuring abundant locally sourced ingredients with seven Izu wines.
