Hotel La Vigne Hakuba by Onko Chishin will hold first-anniversary events on Saturday, November 29 and Saturday, December 6, 2025.
The two one-night-only dinners will celebrate together with Japanese winemakers and cheese producers.

About the First Anniversary Events
Hotel La Vigne Hakuba by Onko Chishin has sought to make a visit to Hakuba itself more meaningful by introducing rare Japanese wines and telling the stories of their makers and places, one glass at a time.
Its restaurant has a resident wine concierge with experience at the Lake Toya Summit, who introduces guests to highly sought-after Japanese wines.
For these two special dinners, the hotel will welcome respected wine and cheese makers not only from Nagano but also from Toyama and Yamanashi.
Each producer embodies the climate and culture of their region. Together with course menus by Executive Chef Imanishi, the hotel hopes to offer “an experience possible only here” as an expression of gratitude.
Program
The first night will be a wine event pairing the bounty of the Hokuriku coast with the bounty of the Shinshu landscape—two contrasting terroirs in one evening.
Toyama wineries SAYS FARM and Terre de Ciel will participate, pairing wines rooted in their respective environments with cuisine and giving guests a chance to experience the differing terroirs of Hokuriku and Shinshu in a single night.
The second night will be a Christmas dinner by the chef and pastry chef, shared in Hakuba with a winemaker and dairy producers.
Guests will include Ayana Misawa of Grace Wine (Chuo Budoshu), Tomomi Yoshida of Yoshida Kosan goat-cheese specialist Y&Co., Harumi Shimizu of Shimizu Farm and Risa Muranishi of Patisserie Usagi, creating a luxurious Christmas party.
