“Yamasachi Brandy Genshu AGED 8 YEARS” is a brandy produced by Tokachi Wine using Yamasachi, Ikeda Town’s independently developed grape variety.

Tokachi Wine began producing brandy in 1964, and this commemorative product marks its 60th anniversary.

What’s Inside

“Yamasachi Brandy Genshu AGED 8 YEARS” marks the restart of brandy production after a temporary suspension and was bottled from a single barrel distilled in 2015.

It is produced as a single-barrel, non-chill-filtered brandy.

It features a deep amber color and a smooth, rich mouthfeel, offering a luxurious taste said to reveal something new with every sip.

The winery also plans to release AGED 10, 12, 14 and onward at two-year intervals.
