The program includes a visit to Arimoto Farm, a plum farm in Minabe, Wakayama, where participants can walk through the orchards with a grower, tour the plum-liqueur production facility, and compare four varieties of the original “Plumity” plum liqueur.
It offers a rare opportunity to experience the grower's distinctive approach to everything from cultivation and processing through to product sales, and to explore the appeal of plums in depth.
