Fukagawa Winery Tokyo has released a craft beer created in collaboration with craft brewery T.Y.HARBOR Brewery.
The product is described as a sustainable collaboration beer.

About the Collaboration Beer
The newly released collaboration beer was born from a sustainable initiative that uses grape pomace—normally discarded during winemaking—in beer production.
Inspired by the maceration technique used in winemaking, Koshu grape skins were steeped in wort and co-fermented with natural yeast from the grape skins and saison yeast.
The result combines elegant, refreshing fruit nuances reminiscent of Koshu wine with spicy esters from saison yeast, creating a light yet layered flavor.

On Sunday, February 8, 2026, BOUCHERIE GOKITA TOKYO will host a release event featuring Mr. Otani, a brewer from T.Y.HARBOR Brewery.
On Saturday, February 21, an event at Fukagawa Winery Tokyo is also scheduled with T.Y.HARBOR Brewery brewer Mr. Otani.
