“Fukushima Delicious Foods Fair” Comes to Chunichi Building in Sakae, Nagoya from August 18

The “Fukushima Delicious Foods Fair” will be held at the Chunichi Building in Sakae, Nagoya.

The event is scheduled for Friday, August 22 through Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the National Center Plaza on the fifth floor, and Monday, August 18 through Sunday, August 24 at SAKAeL MARCHE/KICHEN on the second floor.

About the “Fukushima Delicious Foods Fair”

The fair is designed to communicate accurate information and the appeal of Fukushima products to a broad range of generations and consumers in the Tokai region, one of Japan’s major consumer markets.

The initiative aims to counter reputational harm, raise awareness and purchasing interest, and promote understanding of the safety and reliability of products from Fukushima Prefecture.

Fukushima Wine, Too!

The event will sell a wide range of Fukushima specialties, including peaches, ika-ninjin, Mamador, cream cheese marinated in miso, and wine.

Alongside wine nurtured by clear streams at the foot of Mt. Azuma, a tasting of five carefully selected local sakes is also planned.
