Awaji Nature Farm to Roll Out Its First Five Haru Sansan Winery Wines from August 1

Awaji Nature Farm Co., Ltd. began rolling out five wines from Haru Sansan Winery, the company’s first wine series, on Saturday, August 1.

At the same time, it launched the “Aurore Plan” and “Kofu Plan,” winery ownership programs that allow participants to experience vineyards and winemaking more closely.

About the Wines

The Haru Sansan Winery lineup from Awaji Nature Farm consists of five wines.

They were developed under the guidance of Hirotake Ooka, representative of La Grande Colline and a leading figure in natural wine. The wines use organically grown grapes from Awaji Island, Kobe and other areas, with winemaking designed to express the character of each variety and vintage.

The lineup includes five styles offering different flavor profiles, including red, white, rosé and sparkling wines.

About the Winery Ownership Program

Awaji Nature Farm has also launched the “Aurore Plan” and “Kofu Plan” winery ownership programs.

Haru Sansan Winery is a circular, nature-oriented winery that has converted formerly abandoned farmland into vineyards and is working to make wine that reflects the soil and climate of Awaji Island. In addition to receiving eligible wines, participants in the ownership program will be offered opportunities to engage with the vineyard, winemaking and seasonal activities through invitations and priority reservations for winery events held throughout the year.
