A Set Featuring the Flavors of Choshi
The set combines the winery’s white Chardonnay “Ryoshi wa Utau” with a whole simmered Choshi Tsurikinme, a branded fish landed at Choshi Port.
The fish is prepared by long-established local seafood processor Kawabata Co., Ltd., using a generous amount of an original Yamasa Soy Sauce seasoning liquid in the sauce.
The simmered fish only needs to be warmed in a microwave or hot-water bath, making it easy to enjoy authentic flavor even for people who are busy or not confident cooks.
Father’s Day Campaign
According to the winery, while some may wonder about pairing white wine with simmered fish, this Chardonnay works especially well with soy-sauce-based flavors.
The savory soy sauce, the umami of the fish, and the fruity Chardonnay come together to make a father’s evening drink a little more special.
