About the Christmas Dinner Course
Teppanyaki Chigiri is known for skilled chefs carefully grilling seasonal ingredients from Shizuoka’s land and sea in front of guests.
The dishes are accompanied by selected wines from Naka-Izu Winery Hills.
The Christmas dinner course will be offered only on Wednesday and Thursday, December 24 and 25.
The luxurious full course centers on A5-ranked wagyu and seasonal fresh fish, with a carefully balanced progression including rib-roast salad, grilled risotto, and a festive dessert.

The Christmas dinner course includes:
1. Christmas appetizer assortment: scallop with caviar, lobster and bottarga
2. Seared wagyu rib-roast salad
3. Consommé soup baked under pastry with truffle aroma
4. Teppan-grilled fresh fish delivered directly from Numazu Port
5. Assortment of selected wagyu fillet and sirloin
6. Grilled risotto, “K style”
7. Gateau chocolate and ice-cream monaka assortment
