About “AKOMEYA TOKYO minamoa Hiroshima”
“AKOMEYA TOKYO minamoa Hiroshima” is the first directly operated store in the Chugoku and Shikoku region opened by lifestyle shop AKOMEYA TOKYO in Hiroshima City.
Located inside the Hiroshima Station building “minamoa,” the shop will carry more than 1,500 products centered on carefully selected Japanese foods and the tableware and cooking tools that accompany them, creating a place where customers can discover and encounter products they want.
A Collaboration Wine with Setouchi Brewery
A number of commemorative products will be available for the opening of AKOMEYA TOKYO minamoa Hiroshima.
• AKOMEYA Celebration Bag — All-Hiroshima Set
• AKOMEYA Celebration Bag — AKOMEYA Classics Set
• minamoa Hiroshima Limited Original-Label Rice — Hiroshima-grown Akisakari
• AKOMEYA TOKYO × Setouchi Brewery — Limited to 30 bottles
The item Japanese wine fans will especially want to watch is the AKOMEYA TOKYO × Setouchi Brewery wine.
Setouchi Brewery, based in Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, produces and sells wine and cider using table grapes and apples long grown in the Setouchi region. Through this collaboration, a rare wine exclusive to minamoa Hiroshima will be offered with an original label, limited to just 30 bottles.
The wine uses grapes grown by Setouchi Brewery in its seaside vineyard in Mihara City. The soil, originating from former salt fields, is said to give the wine a mineral-rich character, resulting in a light yet deep flavor.
