Suntory’s Japanese-wine brand SUNTORY FROM FARM will release four new vintages, including “SUNTORY FROM FARM Shinshu Fujimi-cho Koshu Brut 2023,” along with one new product.
The nationwide release date is Tuesday, July 14, while Suntory Tomi no Oka Winery and the SUNTORY FROM FARM online shop will begin advance sales on Friday, July 10.
Four New Vintages
The four new SUNTORY FROM FARM vintages are:
“SUNTORY FROM FARM Shinshu Fujimi-cho Koshu Brut 2023”
Fresh aromas reminiscent of lemon, lime and kabosu are layered with ripe-citrus nuances. This sparkling wine balances pear-like fruit, natural sweetness and cool-climate acidity.
“SUNTORY FROM FARM Tsugaru Sauvignon Blanc 2025”
Features refreshing citrus, white peach and apple aromas, with fresh ripe fruit and crisp acidity.
“SUNTORY FROM FARM Tsugaru Chardonnay & Pinot Noir Sparkling 2022”
Aromas evoke apple and toasted bread. Soft sweetness from fully ripened grapes is balanced by acidity, leading to an elegant and lingering finish.
“SUNTORY FROM FARM Tsugaru Chardonnay & Pinot Noir Sparkling 2023 Green Etiquette”
A sparkling wine with refreshing green-apple and toasted aromas, sweet fruit and pronounced acidity.
All four are high-quality Japanese wines.
New Product
The new release is “SUNTORY FROM FARM Tsugaru Pinot Noir & Chardonnay Sparkling Rosé 2023 Blossom Etiquette.”
It features floral apple-like aromas, a fruity palate and youthful, soft fruit character.
The package uses a handwritten-note design inspired by the makers’ record of their challenge to create world-class traditional-method sparkling wine from Tsugaru.
It represents a new challenge for SUNTORY FROM FARM.
